“Why was “Oh Mama Du” founded?”

“Oh Mama Du” was founded to meet the needs of Muslim families. We enable Muslim children to find themselves in books and stories that reflect their own culture, traditions and religious values. Through these books, they can develop a strong identity and build an understanding of their religion and community.
Our company also helps promote diversity and ensure that Muslim authors and illustrators have a platform to publish and share their work with a wider audience.
We also want to help strengthen the self-confidence and identity of Muslim children in Germany.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and the shipping method selected. You will receive a detailed breakdown of the shipping costs during the order process before you complete the payment. You can choose between a book shipment and the Maxibrief Prio Plus.

How long does shipping take?

The shipping time to Germany consists of the processing time (1-3 working days) and the delivery time by DHL and Deutsche Post after full payment (1-3 working days within Germany). The shipping time abroad is >3 working days and depends on the country and the shipping method selected. However, for book shipments it can sometimes take up to ten days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed, it is usually processed immediately to ensure prompt delivery. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make a change or cancellation and we will do our best to assist you.

What do I do if my goods arrive damaged or do not meet my expectations?

We strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service immediately to arrange a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the item.

Does your shop also offer eBooks?

We currently only offer physical books and learning guides as PDF documents. However, we are constantly reviewing new products and services and may also include eBooks in our range in the future.

Is there a way to track my orders?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link that you can use to track the delivery status of your order. Basic shipment tracking documents the processing of your letter shipment in the starting and destination mail centers. Confirmation of actual delivery is not part of basic shipment tracking.
